This research aims to describe the implementation of differentiated learning in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum in class The approach used is qualitative with a case study method, where data is obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, and documentation of learning outcomes. The research results show that the implementation of differentiated learning in this class is not optimal. Factors that hinder the implementation of differentiated learning include limited learning resources, low active response from students, and disruption of class routines due to flag ceremonies which cut into class hours. To overcome these obstacles, it is recommended that schools increase the availability of learning resources, create a more inclusive learning atmosphere, and re-plan more efficient learning schedules. This research contributes to the implementation of the development of the Independent Curriculum with a focus on differentiated learning that is more effective and relevant to student needs.
